Durability meets purpose

Vinyl (PVC) label material for outdoor label applications including nameplates and product ID labels, rating plates, property identification and asset labeling, caution, warning, instruction, and service labels for durable goods, equipment/machinery including lawn and garden.

Drum label solution


Excellent resistance to chemicals, moisture, smudging, and scratching, with a 2-year outdoor durability and compliance with BS 5609 Section 2 (saltwater immersion). Strong permanent adhesive suitable for various surfaces (painted steel, fiber, and plastic drums), applicable at low temperatures, and easy removal during reconditioning.

Our products are UL recognized under UL 969 (File No. PGGU2.MH10170), CSA accepted under CSA File No. 99214 for Marking and Labeling System Materials, and cUL Certification for Marking and Labeling System Materials certified for Canada.

Printability


The print-receptive and topcoated surfaces are compatible with most conventional and UV ink systems, ensuring broad usability. Suitable for various printing techniques, including thermal transfer (resin and wax/resin), UV & solvent screen, UV, solvent & water flexo, laser (toner), and narrow-format UV inkjet, with a liner that supports optical sensing on most thermal transfer printers.

Bonding


The permanent acrylic adhesive bonds well to both low- and high-surface energy plastics, painted metal, powder-coated paint, polycarbonate, and fiberglass offering high initial tack and ultimate bond strength, even on rough textured surfaces, with a high-performance modified acrylic adhesive (L-778) that is particularly aggressive on low surface energy plastics.
