Features
- Print-receptive 4.0 mil white flexible vinyl provides consistent surface smoothness, excellent dimensional stability, and conformability
- Printable via thermal transfer, UV and solvent screen, UV, solvent & water flexo, and narrow-format UV inkjet
- In most cases, corona treatment is not required
- Permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds well to low- and high-surface energy plastics, painted metal, powder-coated paint, polycarbonate and fiberglass
- High shear and high peel adhesive resists cold flow and oozing
- 90 lb. embossed liner creates air egress channels in the adhesive to eliminate bubbles and wrinkles during application process and post application process
- Liner is ideal for roll-to-sheet and sheet-form converting on most narrow-format presses
Additional Details
All narrow-format UV inkjet systems are different; therefore, we recommend "fit-for-use" testing. Please note: DPM Aply® with air egress liner is available for sale in North America only. Due to the custom nature of this product, the data presented are based on three or less production runs.
