Long-term wear medical device adhesive medical overtape

DermaFlex™ NWP 240 Flesh with H-30 skin-friendly adhesive is intended to secure glucose monitors, insulin pumps, ostomy bags, and other long-wear skin-adhered devices on intact skin. 

This new adhesive, H-30, can confidently be used in applications that require adhesion to the skin for 30+ days.

Conformable and Comfortable

The 2.4 mil non-woven polyester (NWP) is built to move with the user—flexing and stretching to match every motion. Its neutral flesh tone blends well across a wide range of skin tones, while the breathable design lets moisture escape to help keep skin dry. Comfortable and reliable, it supports extended wear without compromising performance or patient comfort.

Reliable hold that strengthens over time

This NWP overtape with H-30 biocompatible high-tack adhesive strengthens over time to deliver a lasting, dependable hold. It's shower safe and made for long-term wear, giving users confidence through daily activity. Designed to adhere to low-surface energy (LSE) materials on wearable devices, it provides strong performance for securely bonding wearable devices to intact skin.

Biocompatibility

DermaFlex™ medical adhesives have been tested for biocompatibility (skin irritation, sensitization, and cytotoxicity) by Flexcon’s adhesive suppliers using ISO-10993 or similar test methods. DermaFlex™ skin-friendly materials are intended for device attachment to the body.
