James Slaughter Joins Flexcon Global as Chief Human Resources Officer

Spencer, Mass. – November 28, 2023 – Flexcon Global, the preferred provider of innovative coatings, film laminations, and functional technologies, today announced James Slaughter as Chief Human Resources Officer of Flexcon Global. Slaughter will oversee all human resource functions across North America, Europe and Asia.

Slaughter brings over 20 years of leadership experience and a breadth of human resources knowledge on regional, national, and international scales. He was most recently a Partner & HR Practice Lead for Monomoy Advisors where he created an HR advisory practice to support companies of various sizes, across a multitude of industries. His strategic and business-centric approach, along with a passion for talent development and organizational culture, will support a common vision for the future of Flexcon across the globe.
