If that happens, we’ll do our best to resolve the problem quickly so you can get back to doing meaningful work. In FY17, our 67,000+ invoices were 99.72% error-free! Of the very few invoice errors that occurred, 61% of them were settled within one day. A pretty good track record if we do say so ourselves.

There may be times when you think an invoice is wrong when it is, in fact, correct. Remember that these services carry an upcharge:

  • Rewinding
  • Certain finishing requirements
  • Off-cuts
  • Less than minimum order
  • Rolls less than 350 ft.
