• FLEXcon’s THERMLfilm^® HT™ high-temperature films are designed specifically for high-density barcode and alphanumeric identification of printed circuit boards.
• The topcoat has static dissipating properties that minimize the risk of print voids, and its super smooth surface allows for printability of up to 600 dpi for consistent ANSI scanning.
• These polyimide films withstand intermittent heat up to 750° F (398°C).
• THERMLfilm^® HT™ products have undergone in-line durability testing using VIGON^® A 201 on an ELECTROVERT Aquastorm^® 200; reflow or wave solder testing on either the ELECTROVERT OmniMax™ or the ELECTROVERT VectraElite^™; and chemical testing pursuant to MIL-STD-202G, Notice 12, and MIL-STD-883E, Notice 4. They withstand the in-line reflow and cleaning processes without loss of informational integrity or adhesion.
• THERMLfilm^® HT™ films also carry UL PGJI2 certification.
