Are you an offset printer printing on plastics? If so, you can broaden your offerings with 28 FLEXcon UV and conventional products designed specifically for sheet-fed offset lithography.
These products, which include solutions from FLEXcon’s SEETHRU-SIGN® (VBS Better), WINDOWdeco™ (VBS Value), and FLEXmark® Metalized and Phosphorescent film lines, are offered in custom sheet sizes and are shipped out of either FLEXcon’s Spencer, MA, or Columbus, NE facilities within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.
The newest product in this offering is FLEXmark® 6180 for banner applications. The new blockout banner product provides offset printers and ad agencies an alternative to vinyl constructions and competitive synthetic products. FLEXmark® 6180 is a 9-mil white opaque polypropylene that is primed on both sides so that it is printable on each side. It is meant for indoor use only and is printable via UV and conventional offset. FLEXmark® 6180 can be sewn and grommeted for hanging banner usage.
In addition to these, 28 offset products, FLEXcon can provide custom substrates, including flocked, prismatic, fluorescent, FLEXmark® gold and silver metalized polyester, BRUSHcal® Bright Brushed Stainless and Bright Brushed Gold metalized polyester, and PHOSPHORESCENT glow-in-the-dark poly/vinyl laminate in custom sizes from 7″x 7″up to 60″x 81″sheets.
