Achieving the no-label look on large panel compound services found on semi-squeeze containers has never been an easy feat—until now. FLEXcon is pleased to introduce the optiFLEX® PP 220® F Clear TC-332® V-882 TRACrite® 120, a clear flexible label film ideal for health & beauty, food, household and chemical labeling applications. This topcoated 2.20 mil flexible clear polypropelene offers high clarity, and is coated with a high-performance permanent V-882 acrylic adhesive that will adhere to a wide range of container types, including low-surface HDPE. The adhesive has good wet-out characteristics, and bonds well to glass without any lifting, tunneling or flagging. The film is backed with a TRACrite 120 polyester release liner. It resists shrinkage, moisture, humidity and product contents. The liner allows for excellent on-press performance for tight registration graphics and additionally provides a good diecutting base. It allows the film to be dispensed at high rates of speed. This economical film is printable using flexographic, rotary screen, rotary letterpress inks and hot stamping.
