With its unique “diamond plate” pattern, this VBS Better product is a metalized vinyl that allows for clean, uninterrupted graphics with no shim lines. The addition of PRISMcal® V 270 Silver Diamond Plate to FLEXcon’s micro-embossed film line expands the offering converters can give to their customers.
With the look of tough, durable metal, without the heavy weight and price, PRISMcal® V 270 Silver Diamond Plate can be used for unique prime (brand), promotional and durable label applications to create a unique graphic appeal. For instance, brand owners can have shelf decorations that match product packaging
PRISMcal® V 270 Silver Diamond Plate’s V-344 high-performance adhesive is an aggressive permanent acrylic that provides a permanent bond to a wide range of surfaces. With high peel and shear, V-344 is also resistant to cold flow and ooze.
Available in 48-inch wide master rolls, PRISMcal® V 270 Silver Diamond Plate is printable via conventional methods; is easily die cut and thermally die-cuttable, and backed with a premium grade liner with excellent layflat qualities and backside printability.
Like many FLEXcon products, PRISMcal® V 270 Silver Diamond Plate can used in combination with FLEXcon’s large offering of adhesives and topcoats to meet a variety of print technologies and application surfaces.
