FLEXcon’s sheetfed offset plastic substrates have a specially engineered primer enabling sharp, vibrant image quality. The unique primer grants excellent print receptivity and ink anchorage while eliminating the process step for printers to prime material on press or send out to be primed. These primed substrates provide consistent printability across conventional, UV and hybrid ink and curing systems. Our self adhesive substrates are constructed with a 94 pound premium base release liner that provides increased climate stability over industry standard liners. Products are available in custom sheet sizes from 7” x 7” up to 60.5” x 199”.
